William Wagner
Greetings! My name is William Wagner and I am the owner of PHASE II Personal Training Center. I and my staff of dedicated fitness professionals opened this facility in 1998 with the goal of bringing a new level of fitness and service never before seen in the area. I couldn't be more proud of the results.
I began training in the late 1980's while studying Economics at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. What began as a hobby turned into a most satifying career, helping others achieve their health and fitness goals. There is nothing more rewarding than seeing changes, both physical and mental, in a client as they begin to experience the results they are looking for in a healthy lifestyle change.
Over the last 20+ years I have worked with clients of all shapes, sizes, ages and fitness levels. Each person presents a different challenge which makes what I do both interesting and exciting. While I have also trained prep-school athletes, college athletes and even "weekend warriors", I particularly enjoy working with golfers as that sport is also a passion of mine.
Areas of Expertise/Interest: Performance Enhancement, Core Training, Balance Training, Cycle Training, Running, Sports Specific - Golf, Injury Prevention and Rehab, Nutrition, Fat Loss

Corey Johnson
Hello, I am Corey Johnson Personal Trainer with PHASE II Personal Training Center where I provide youth and adult athletic training, sport specific training – volleyball, football, basketball, soccer, hockey, tennis; group fitness, injury prevention and rehab, fat loss, performance enhancement, boot camps, functional training, cardiovascular and balance training, so that you can lead a healthy lifestyle.
I was involved in athletics and exercise since my youth. I started training professionally since 1998 with PHASE II Personal Training Center after briefly working in a corporate setting following my college career.
It didn’t take me long to realize that I was meant to do more with my life. I have always enjoyed athletics and I imagine that I always will. Training gives me the opportunity to work with individuals of virtually all backgrounds and share with them all the wonderful benefits of a healthy lifestyle. That’s my passion.
Love what you do and you will never have to work a day in your life. We probably won’t see our family and friends as much as we do our trainer, so you find such amazing opportunities to build relationships with some of the most interesting people. That relationship aspect is important. When someone realizes that you genuinely care, they are much more likely to accept the instruction that you impart. Results follow closely behind.

Hi! My name is Michael Rudolph and I am a personal trainer with PHASE II.
My story is like an advertisement for PHASE II. When I was a junior in High School I started looking at colleges, my passion was playing ice hockey. While looking up north at different schools, I noticed the hockey players were very fit, their average weight was about 20-30 pounds more than mine. My workout goal was to add 25 pounds of muscle and increase my leg strength. PHASE II put 25 pounds of muscle on me in 3 months and changed not just my life, but my lifestyle.
I played 4 years of college hockey and was team captain my senior year. I led off-ice conditioning practices for the team to help build strength, flexibility and team chemistry.
I have a BS Exercise and Sports Science, certified as a personal trainer by the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM). In addition I am a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS).
My college internship was at Rex Wellness Center where I worked with mature adults to help build strength, flexibility and balance in order to avoid injury and increase quality of life.
I enjoy PHASE II because we build specific plans for each individual in order to help them achieve their unique goals. This is done through strength training plans and nutritional guidance.
We are not a gym. Our one-on-one training will help you meet your goals and give you a plan on how to live a healthier life.
