I started at PHASE II 2 1/2years ago. Before I started with PHASE II I was working out at a gym but not knowing proper form and which muscles needed to be strengthened I seemed to hurt myself often. Especially my lower back. I was also bulkier than I wanted to be and my posture and flexibility were poor. Since I've been with PHASE II I am evenly toned and not at all bulky.

My posture and flexibility have improved dramatically , and I can't even remember when my lower back hurt last. It's not just about looking good. But being healthy and strong and feeling good about yourself. This is such a great atmosphere to be in to accomplish your physical goals. Everyone here is very friendly and professional. I'ts nice to have someone working along side of you the whole way and giving that little push which we all occasionally need!"
